   • Upon receiving the full payment, we will proceed with the creation and delivery of the content as per the agreed-upon terms.
2. Pricing:
   • Our pricing for content writing services is outlined in our proposal or quotation provided to you.
   • All prices are in either USD or INR, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees, unless otherwise mentioned.
   • We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, and such changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
3. Content Revisions:
   • We are committed to delivering high-quality content that meets your requirements.
   • We provide a specified number of revisions (as mentioned in the proposal) to ensure that the delivered content aligns with your expectations.
   • Additional revisions beyond the specified number may be subject to extra charges.
4. Content Usage and Rights:
   • Upon full payment and delivery of the content, all rights to the content will be transferred to the client.
   • The client will have the right to use, modify, and distribute the content as they see fit.
   • We retain the right to use the content for promotional purposes, including showcasing it in our portfolio or marketing materials.
5. Client Responsibilities:
   • The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their content requirements.
   • Timely feedback, approval, and clarification are essential for the smooth execution of projects.
   • Any delays caused by incomplete information or delayed feedback from the client may impact the project timeline.
6. Confidentiality:
   • We respect the confidentiality of client information and content requirements.
   • Any sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
7. Cancellation and Refunds:
   • If the client decides to cancel a project after making the payment, no refund shall be provided based on the project’s progress and expenses incurred.
   • We reserve the right to retain the payment to cover work already completed and any non-recoverable expenses.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   • While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee specific results from the content created.
   • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law:
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.
